Lead transaction consultant for a 250 MW wind power plant on IPP basis in the Gulf of Suez
FMC is supporting the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC) with the implementation of a 250 MW IPP wind power project on a BOO basis. The assignment includes the technical, commercial and legal framework of the project. Furthermore, FMC is preparing the grid codes, the SCADA and grid integration and supporting EETC with risk management, tariff modeling and preparation of all relevant documents for the tender (PPA, connection agreement, land use agreement, etc.). FMC is responsible for the execution of the tender process as well as the evaluation of the bids and will support EETC during the contract award negotiations until financial close.
