Selected project examples

A medium-sized German public utility needed to achieve sustainable cost savings. Through systematic analyses of the processes and cost structure, FMC identified and developed more than 50 measures with savings totaling approx. 15% of the controllable costs. The measures were developed with the help of an extensive financial and benchmark analysis as well as a large number of interviews and workshops. The implementation of the measures was prepared using detailed project profiles and the prerequisites for sustainable and continuous cost control were created.
