Development of target picture and strategy for sustainable business models
The development of a target picture and the strategy for sustainable business areas is being carried out for a public utility bundler. In the first step, business areas already identified (e.g., green heat, battery storage systems, e-mobility, etc.) are analyzed in terms of their economic viability. In the next step, further possible business cases for achieving climate neutrality will be identified and evaluated. The target picture and the strategy for climate neutrality will then be derived from the overall assessment.
