Benchmarking of AM & roadmap (AM strategy)
A major German company that fulfills perpetual obligations arising from former underground mines was seeking to assess their asset management system. Fichtner is assisting the client by determining the maturity level of the entire asset management system based on the requirements of ISO 55.000 and identifying potential for improvement. Concrete measures for optimizing asset management were developed together with the customer and incorporated into an implementation roadmap focusing on the next 10 years.
